4. Nature of service

• We provide model materials and learning support, not work for submission as your own.
• Deliverables are examples and references to help you draft your own original work.
• We may refuse orders that clearly aim to breach academic integrity or institutional rules.

5. Permitted use

9. Delivery timelines

10. Revisions (what’s included)

• 1–2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included (within 7 days of delivery) when they:
  • stay within the original brief, and
  • request clarifications, tightening, formatting or minor content adjustments.
• Out-of-scope changes (new sections, different topic/LOs, larger word count) are billable.

11. Cancellations & refunds

• Before work allocation: full refund.
• After allocation / partial progress: pro-rata refund (we deduct a fair amount reflecting work done).
• After delivery: refunds are not provided; we’ll address concerns via the revisions process.
• Chargebacks without engaging our support/revisions may lead to account restriction.

12. File formats & delivery

• We typically deliver in .docx / .pdf / .pptx unless agreed otherwise.
• Delivery is complete when files are sent to your registered email, WhatsApp or made available for download.

13. Accurate information
