1. Who we are

Wiki Assignments UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides academic support services via https://wikiassignments.co.uk to students globally. We deliver model answers, study materials, research guidance and editorial assistance to help students understand topics and structure their own work.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Age & capacity

Our services are intended for individuals 15+. If you are under 15, you must have parent/guardian consent.

“Client”, “you” – the person placing an order or using the site.
“Services” – academic support: model answers, outlines, research notes, editing, formatting and tutoring-style guidance.
“Deliverables” – digital files/content we supply (e.g., model answer, outline, slides).
“Order” – a request placed through our website or by written confirmation.
“Revisions” – reasonable tweaks that keep the original brief/scope.
“Platform” – https://wikiassignments.co.uk and associated systems.

4. Nature of service

  • We provide model materials and learning support, not work for submission as your own.
  • Deliverables are examples and references to help you draft your own original work.
  • We may refuse orders that clearly aim to breach academic integrity or institutional rules.

5. Permitted use

You may use Deliverables to:

  • Understand a topic, structure, method or referencing style.
  • Draft your own original submission.
  • Study, revise and prepare for assessments.

6. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Submit our Deliverables as your own (contract cheating).
  • Share, resell, publish or distribute Deliverables publicly.
  • Use Deliverables to infringe copyright or violate any law or university policy.
  • Misrepresent our work as authored by you or an approved institutional source.

7. No grade/award guarantees

We do not guarantee grades, outcomes, or acceptance. Academic results depend on your own submission and your institution’s marking.

8. Placing an order

  • Provide a complete brief (topic, learning outcomes, marking rubric, word count, sources, style, deadline, any templates).
  • If your brief changes after payment, we’ll assess scope change and confirm any extra fee/time before proceeding.

9. Delivery timelines

  • We aim to meet agreed deadlines, but delays may occur due to late materials, scope changes, technical incidents or force majeure.
  • Time starts after full brief + payment are received.

10. Revisions (what’s included)

  • 1–2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included (within 7 days of delivery) when they:
    • stay within the original brief, and
    • request clarifications, tightening, formatting or minor content adjustments.
  • Out-of-scope changes (new sections, different topic/LOs, larger word count) are billable.

11. Cancellations & refunds

  • Before work allocation: full refund.
  • After allocation / partial progress: pro-rata refund (we deduct a fair amount reflecting work done).
  • After delivery: refunds are not provided; we’ll address concerns via the revisions process.
  • Chargebacks without engaging our support/revisions may lead to account restriction.

12. File formats & delivery

  • We typically deliver in .docx / .pdf / .pptx unless agreed otherwise.
  • Delivery is complete when files are sent to your registered emailWhatsApp or made available for download.

13. Accurate information

You agree to provide complete and accurate details when placing an order (course/module, outcomes, word count, deadlines, referencing style, additional requirements). We are not responsible for delays or mismatches caused by incomplete or misleading instructions.

14. Uploaded files and content

If you upload assignment briefs, lecture notes, rubrics, or source files, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You must not upload any materials that are illegal, infringing or harmful.

15. Academic integrity

17. Your intellectual property

Any files you upload remain your property. By providing them, you grant us a limited licence to use them only for the purpose of completing your order. We do not claim ownership of your coursework or personal materials.
